Dee has been making art ever since she can remember.
She has lived in central Indiana most of her life and attended Ball State University as an Art Education major before marrying John and raising their three boys.
Her artistic interest spans many mediums and she recently began painting again and joined the Muncie Artists Guild in early 2026.
Inspiration for Dee comes from nature’s beauty, the work of other artists and the magnificent chaos of everyday life. This joy of discovery and appreciation is something she wants to share through her artwork.
