Madeline Douglass
Madeline Douglass is a Muncie native and graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah, GA. She graduated with a degree in screenwriting (minor in drawing) and returned to Muncie with plans to move to New York within the year - enter COVID. Madeline remains in Muncie for now, exploring the art scene in her hometown and working as a freelance painter.
She mostly enjoys painting landscapes, though she has recently been roped into the animal/pet portrait scene, which has proved both fun and frustrating. Her first love in art was always drawing, primarily charcoal and graphite figure/portrait drawings. Experiencing a bit of a drawing burnout after university, Madeline is trying to maintain a sketchbook for the first time in two years - wish her luck!
